Ascent is a six month private coaching experience designed for agents at any stage — newer and building momentum, experienced and refining, winding down with intention, or simply not ready to step into a higher-investment program. It offers a slower, more spacious cadence of accountability while still keeping you moving forward.

This package includes two 30-minute one-on-one coaching sessions with Colleen each month. These focused conversations are designed to create clarity, address what’s most pressing, and identify the next right step — whether that’s production goals, marketing direction, financial benchmarks, systems, or work/life recalibration.

Between sessions, you’ll have access for thoughtful questions via text and email, and when something requires more context, a brief phone call. The intention isn’t constant availability — it’s meaningful support when it matters.
