Hi, I’m Colleen!
I was the mother of 3 boys, under the age of 4 when I decided to get my real estate license. After more than 30 years inside an industry I absolutely love, I’m still here.
Still selling.
Still coaching.
Still loving it!
Over the course of my career I’ve been a top-producing agent, a managing broker, a franchise owner, and a coach/mentor to colleagues and agents building and scaling their businesses.
For nearly nine years, I also served as a coach with Tom Ferry International, working with agents of all experience over the country on production, strategy, and business growth. That experience gave me a panoramic perspective on the industry and what truly moves the needle for agents over time.
Eventually, I felt drawn toward a more personal and intentional coaching environment. Because my coaching style revolves around a very personal, individualized experience for each client, I felt inspired to create my own culture.
The Studio is based on a concierge-style foundation because real businesses don’t fit neatly into a formula. Much of the coaching industry today is built for scale — for larger audiences with “programs” meant to fit as many people as possible. That model works well for delivering information, but it often leaves little room for the nuance of an individual business.
After decades in the industry, I’ve seen how often experienced professionals reach a point where generic advice no longer fits. What they need isn’t another formula — it’s thoughtful, personalized guidance from someone who understands the complexity, joys and frustrations of this business.
Today, I bring that perspective to my work here in the Studio. My approach is steady, practical, and grounded in real-world experience, focused on helping agents simplify their businesses, think clearly about growth, and build companies that are both successful and sustainable.
