The Altus 6 month coaching experience is a more elevated, high-touch coaching experience for agents who want tighter strategy, sharper execution, and a stronger cadence of accountability.

This package includes four 30-minute one-on-one coaching sessions with Colleen each month. With weekly conversations, we’re able to stay closely aligned to your numbers, your pipeline, your marketing, and your leadership decisions — adjusting quickly, refining often, and keeping momentum strong.

Between sessions, you’ll experience a concierge level of support. Questions, pivots, opportunities, contract scenarios, hiring decisions — you have direct access via text and email, and when needed, a brief call to think it through in real time. The intention isn’t unlimited access. It’s priority access — thoughtful, strategic responsiveness that helps you make confident decisions without delay.
